For a residential client, Susie was asked to design a bedroom headboard that could transport guests to calming place with a bold but organic design. Inspired by waving grass stalks near water's edge, this engraved maple headboard created a tactile experience in addition to a visual one, subconsciously relaxing anyone enters the room.
