Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact info[at]susiefrazier.com. We do not offer returns on sale items or custom orders. We do offer exchanges for another product or refunds back to the original method of payment. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, or a local drop off to the Susie Frazier Showroom can be arranged. Please use adequate packaging and tracking services, if choosing to ship your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must actually be received by our customer service associates.
