Local Delivery

Items offered on our website are now available for same day or next day delivery to addresses within 30 miles of the Susie Frazier Showroom located at 1305 W. 80th Street Suite 117, Cleveland, OH 44102.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you by email once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We make every effort to deliver your order within 1 business day of the date of your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If you are a customer located outside of the delivery range, and would like to receive your order sooner than what UPS or USPS shipping methods can offer, you can select Pickup as an option during checkout.

Order Pickup

If you select Pickup during checkout, an email will be sent to arrange for a mutually agreed upon date/time. Once you arrive, you can call the showroom phone number (216-703-6434) or email info[at]susiefrazier.com, and a representative wearing a facial mask and gloves will safely bring your order out your car. 

For the safety of our staff and our customers during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our showroom remains a business center for staff only and is not open for retail foot traffic. 

Domestic Shipping 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method you have selected. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Arrival dates for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, if you are located outside of the United States and interested in purchasing Susie Frazier's book, Designing For Wellness, you may do so through Amazon.com or Apple Books. 

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified of a revised estimated date of arrival or issued a refund in the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
