If you've ever found yourself barely breathing, exhausted from the flood that won't end, I feel you. The struggle is real, and the apprehension can be paralyzing. But while it may seem like fear is what's holding you under water, it's more likely self-doubt.

For lots of us, confidence doesn't bloom spontaneously. It has to be nurtured through tiny acts of bravery that make a believer out of our naysaying minds. Things like learning an advanced skill, saying yes to a new opportunity, and walking away from a dysfunctional relationship are small examples of big strength.

If we want to realize our true potential, we have to test our courage from the inside out. Once we know we can survive our choices, everything becomes possible.
